Poor little guys! Thanks for the use of B&W...much appreciated! Ok, CSI fans...how long ago do you estimate the time of death to be? :headscratch:

i need more information i.e.; region of the u.s. found, time of year photographed, weight of animal, male or female, etc.

Don't forget to account for the many animal and bird scavengers that are around.

You should have smelled number two. I found him next to the train tracks so one can only guess he jigged when he should have jogged as a train approached.

Ahhh....the poor things. When I see these, I can only hope death was instant.
Two years ago....a deer jumped the fence at the zoo, and then another, and then another fence, only to land in the lions den.:lol: They estimate he lasted about 10 to 20 seconds.:lol:

Chiller's story sounds like the time the cougar got into NW Trek. The animals are enclosed in a chain link fence that covers 580 acres. The cougar came over the fence and had a hey day with snacks. Took out about 10 animals before they caught him.
