It looks like a power line or guy wire and an insulator. Looks like the ones we had lying all over the ground after the big wind storm. I like the shot.

Thanks All, well it is power lines, its from the top of a power pole I can just see over my neighbours roof. Photographing through a telescope with a digital camera has been given the name Digiscoping. Ernie
