Looks like you've got the technique down pretty well. I especially like the comp and exposure in the last shot.
I haven't tried any HDR yet. You use one image, make 2 or more copies to get the dynamic range in different areas correct, and then use PS's HDR Merge to get the final image, correct?

Thanks Dave, I used 1 RAW image for the first shot... and 3 bracketed jpg images for each of the other shots... :) photomatix is the program I used to generate the HDR images, then you play around with tone mapping, and refine the photo :)

I say you are doing very well Siobhan.. I just use 1 jpeg capture and it works very well for me..
