The place was brimming with tourists when we visited in early August and I found it extremely difficult to capture the place:

In the end, however, I took ever so many photos, not only of this (most famous and most popular) view of THIS castle, but of the entire park and the many castles and even more statues there.

OK, I have to say that when I first looked at it, I thought 1) that there was something wrong with my computer, then 2) that you photshopped this to duplicate it, then 3) I realized what was going on and I said to myself, "wow." This is just awesome. The symmatry and balance are so cool!

Thanks for sharing.

That's a lovely shot, and I actually like the fact there are people in it. It looks like a very interesting spot to visit.

Sanssouci Castle and parks sure is a VERY interesting spot to visit and a MUST for every tourist who comes to Germany, I think. We heard a lot more American, Italian, Spanish and other sounds than German on that day, actually ;). Verrrry many Italians there, both in August, when this photo was taken, and in October, when I was there a second time.

But in October (being member of a large group) I was too rushed to try and recompose this one, and the place was AS full as it had been in August, so I have to make do with this photo (and my many others of the place ;))
