A bit of brightness ready to be planted out once I have finished clearing the beds. First frost this morning has seen to the dahlias and buzy lizzies so under orders!
Did a print and pleased that the colour was spot on with the real thing!

Very nice. Vivid colors. one suggestion for you, 2 minutes of post processing would have got the specs of debris from the black.

i kind like the specs...looks like it was taken on a winter starry night with fill flash :)

I'll do the post processing if you do the gardening - beautiful sunny but cold all day here so "management" made sure I got my quota done!

The camera was a scanner with the lid up!

Such a simple picture that just pops out and almost overwhelms the eyes with color and detail. This is one wonderful picture. I am with JM, I like the specks as it looks like the flower is floating in space. Using a scanner as a camera does not matter to me, as the end result is what is important.
