Really amazes me how you get such good photo's with people in them, yet one cannot see their faces only thier action or inaction. Really dig the atomosphere and comp, the persons really add to the drama of the picture espeacially the guy sitting in the rain?

i agree with john e... with your shots, even without the faces, you can tell what they are doing or thinking...

this is really one of those shots that make me want to write a story..

the person on the bench...makes me think they are lonely...or in a deep thought about a life chg subject.

the black and white makes this more mysterious...

JM,

This is a great shot. I love the tones and the feel. I think I know where you got the shot, but how did you do the foreshortening effect? (is that what it's called in photography?)

Wow. I like this one!!!

Where does the bright spot behind the sitting persons come from?
Was there a mini-dirt-tornado going on?

Excellent shot ... just begs for a story to be written ... all mystery and intrigue ... with those lovely flags in the background!

I love the flattened perspective and contrastiness of this shot. the silhouetting, backlighting and haziness make the shot.
