Did a 2-button reset on it and updated the firmware yesterday...everything is at default settings right now...sure is different from the E-500...

Thanks for the great comments all! I thought it was a little over exposed...maube it's just the way it looks on my monitor??? But thanks for the great comments...maybe I can get some bettter shots tomorrow,,,some4 of the other buds opend up now....

It is ... it is not only your monitor.
But congrats on the new camera, anyway. You might find it easier to deliberately UNDERexpose your pics and "fix" them later ... or you will find you LIKE them much better like that and would not even WANT to fix them?

:matt: Thanks every one! I really appreciate the comments. I am learning more about the D70 all the time. I am trying to get some good pics... I will post a few tht I took with it over the past couple of days...Let me know wht you think!

Getting better! The shots of my son and grandson were done in very poor lighting...So I guess I am getting the hang of it!
