Topton House is the main building from a local retirement community. This started as a nursing home called The Lutheran Home at Topton but it has expanded to several apartment buildings and soon will have cluster homes.

This sits on a hill and you can see if for many miles. It's grounds are gated and private so this is about all I can photograph of the place. The long tree-lined drive is beautiful during the day and I've photographed it that way before but wanted to try capturing it at night.

Nice one T. I like the lights leading up the house and the exposure on the building. Looks like a beautiful building and I bet the inside is stunning. :)

I'll bet it is. This part was built in 1896.

I'm thinking that I should call and ask if I can photograph the grounds and inside. I'd give them the photos to use just for the chance to peek inside. :)
